What helps us answer faster

Say what you expected, what actually happened, and which page you were on. Those three things are usually the difference between an answer and a follow-up question. If something looks wrong with a number, tell us which metric it is and which provider it came from. Metric questions are nearly always answerable from the connection that produced the figure, and knowing the source saves a round trip.
